经阴道彩色多普勒超声在宫颈疾病诊断中的应用及质量控制

目的：分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声（彩超）声像图特征及质量控制在各类宫颈疾病诊断中的价值。方法：统计2010年7月1日至2013年6月30日我院诊断的宫颈疾病患者超声诊断资料，并对相关结果进行分析。结果：从宫颈大小、形态、管腔、肌层、颈管扩张和粘连、畸形、宫颈周围组织等层面进行超声分析，经严格的质量控制，可提高宫颈疾病的检出率。结论：质量控制下经阴道彩超能有效提高宫颈疾病的确诊率，在宫颈疾病的临床诊断过程中有较高的应用价值。

Application and quality control of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical lesions

Objective：To evaluate the value of quality control in transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical lesions by analyzing various ultrasonic image characteristics of cervical diseases by trans -vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography .Methods： Patients diagnosed as cervical disease in the Drum Tower hospital from 1 st July, 2010 to 30 June, 2013 were analyzed .Results： With strict quality control and comprehensive ultrasonic examination in terms of the size and shape of the cervix , the lumen, muscle, expansion and adhesions of the cervical canal , deformity and cervical surrounding tissue of cervix , the detection rate of cervical disease were improved .Conclusion：Quality control in vaginal ultrasound can effectively improve the rate of diagnosis of cervical disease , which shows favorable application value in the diagnosis of cervical lesions .
