摘    要:目的:探讨兔眼能植入直径为5.5mm PMMA人工晶体的透明角膜无缝线切口的可行性。方法:将60只兔眼分为A、B、C 3组。A、B两组均行5.5mm长透明角膜切口,A组直接穿刺进前房,B组隧道宽2mm;C组行3.2mm长角膜穿刺切口作为对照。3组切口均不缝合。结果:3组切口均具有良好的自闭性,A组术后2周垂直铀向角膜曲率与术前及C组术后比较差异均有显著性(均为P<0.05);角膜曲率B组术后与C组比较,B组、C组术后与术前比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);A组切口引起的前房反应最重,B组其次。结论:5.5mm长、隧道宽2mm透明角膜切口不仅具有良好的自闭性,且对角膜曲率影响较小,通过该切口植入PMMA人工晶体具有可行性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of 5.5?mm long clear corneal incisions,through which PMMA (unfoldable) IOLs could be implanted.Methods 60 rabbit eyes were divided into three groups.5.5?mm long superior sutureless clear corneal paracentesis was performed on eyes of group A and tunnel incision with a width of 2 mm was done on eyes of group B.In group C (as the control group),all eyes were treated with 3.2?mm clear corneal paracentesis.Results Two weeks after the surgery, incisions of all eyes in three groups were favorably self sealing.And there is significant difference between preoperative and postoperative vertical astigmatism value of group A,so is postoperative astigmatism value of group A and that of group C.There is no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative vertical astigmatism value of group B,neither is in group C,and the same is true between postoperative value of group B and that of group C.Also,the inflammatory reactions of anterior chamber were more severe in group A than in group B observed by the slit lamp.Conclusions All the three methods of clear corneal incision are easy to use and the incision is reliably self sealing.The incisions in group B have less influence in curvature of the corneal than that in group A.The experiment suggests that the 5.5?mm clear corneal incision is a possible and ideal approach,through which unfoldable IOLs could be implanted.
