丹贝异黄酮提取物的毒理学实验研究

摘    要:目的:对丹贝异黄酮提取物进行毒理学安全性评价。方法:通过急性毒性试验以及致突变试验对丹贝异黄酮提取物进行毒理学评价。结果:(1) 急性毒性试验显示丹贝异黄酮提取物的LD50 大于每公斤体重21 .5 g( 含异黄酮376 mg);(2)Ames 试验、骨髓微核试验、精子畸形试验均为阴性结果。结论:(1) 丹贝异黄酮提取物LD50 大于每公斤体重21.5g,说明该样品无毒,但不能作为判定其安全性的唯一依据,仅供进一步毒理试验参考;(2) 丹贝异黄酮提取物无致突变作用

Abstract:Objective:The aim of this study was to estimate the toxicological characterization of isoflavones in tempe.Methods:The acute toxicity test,Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow cell,and sperm shape abnormality test in mice were used in study.Results:(1)The acute toxicity test showed that the LD 50 of isoflavones in tempe was more than 21.5 g/kg(376 mg of isoflavones content).(2)The result of Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow cell,and sperm shape abnormality test in mice was negative.Conclusions:(1)The acutetoxicity test showed that the isoflavones in tempe had no toxicity,but the toxicity can not be judged with this test only.The data of acute toxicity test may be used for following toxicological test.(2)The isoflavones in tempe can't cause mutation.
