甲状舌管癌1例报告并文献复习

目的：报告l例甲状舌管乳头状癌的处理和结果，以加深对甲状舌管癌的认识。方法：回顾分析l例甲状舌管乳头状癌患者的临床资料，并结合文献对甲状舌管癌的起源、组织学类型、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后进行讨论。结果：甲状舌管癌术前诊断困难，多需甲状舌管囊肿切除术后的病理标本来确诊，乳头状癌预后良好。本例患者随访至今近5年，未复发。结论：切除的甲状舌管囊肿应行常规病理检查，以防漏诊，并对患者作定期随访。

A case report and literary review of thyroglossal duct carcinoma

Objective To report the management and outcome of one case of thyroglossal duct papillary carcinoma and make a relevant literary review of the tumor.Methods A retrospective study was made on the clinical data of one case of thyroglossal duct papillary carcinoma.With a literary review,the genesis,histological types,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of thyroglossal duct carcinoma were discussed.Results In most cases,the diagnosis was established only after excision of a clinically benign thyroglossal duct cyst.Papillary carcinoma was the most common pathologic type and the prognosis was preferable in patients with papillary tumor.This case has been followed up for nearly 5 years and no relapse occurs.Conclusion All the samples of excised thyroglossal duct cyst should undergo biopsy to prevent misdiagnosis.Regular postoperative follow-up is mandatory.
