| 摘 要： | 目的：研究细胞凋亡在兔退变椎间盘模型中的作用。方法：用针刺法制作兔退变椎间盘模型,磁共振检查鉴定模型的建立,HE染色计数髓核细胞,TUNEL法染色标记凋亡髓核细胞,并通过激光共聚焦显微镜计数凋亡细胞比例,RT-PCR检测Bax和Bcl-2凋亡相关基因的表达水平。结果：兔退变模型建立成功,退变组髓核细胞计数低于正常组,凋亡细胞比例高于正常组,退变组抗凋亡基因表达低于正常组,凋亡基因水平高于正常组。结论：凋亡在椎间盘退变模型中存在,并起重要作用。
