摘    要:目的: 研究纳米雄黄脂质体的制备方法并对其特性进行检测.方法: 采用化学沉淀法先制备纳米级雄黄,薄膜分散-高压均质法制备纳米雄黄脂质体.用电子显微镜、能谱仪、原子荧光光谱仪、激光粒度分析仪对其进行特性研究,并研究其体外抗肿瘤细胞的能力.结果: 薄膜分散-高压均质法制备的雄黄纳米脂质体平均粒径为102.3 nm,分散性良好,球形或卵球形.能谱仪证实其中含有砷和硫的成分,脂质体的药物包封率为82.78%.体外作用于HepG2肝癌细胞显示其有良好的抑制生长作用.结论: 采用上述方法可以成功制备纳米级别的雄黄脂质体,粒径较小,符合纳米制剂的要求,稳定性良好,药物包封率高,并且具备良好的抗肿瘤细胞的作用.纳米雄黄脂质体是一种新型纳米级剂型,为传统中药在抗肿瘤方面的应用提供了新的思路.
