家兔双后肢缺血预处理对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的形态学观察

目的：从形态学的角度观察家兔双后肢缺血预处理对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用，方法：在光镜和电镜下观察双后肢缺血预处理（IPC）及肝脏缺血预处理（IPC）组家兔肝脏细胞及细胞器形态学的变化，并与正常组及单纯肝脏缺血再灌注（I／R）组进行比较，结果：双后肢IPC及肝脏IPC组肝细胞在光镜下形态结构未见明显变化，电镜观察见细胞及各种细胞器的膜结构完好，线粒体嵴稍模糊，而I／R组光镜下可见肝细胞膜部分破坏，线粒体内膜破裂，线粒体嵴大量减少，有的线粒体髓样变性，有的内膜模糊不清，粗面内质网脱颗粒，结论：双后肢IPC与肝脏IPC具有同样的对抗I／R损伤，保护肝脏的作用。

MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATON OF PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF PRETREATING RABBIT HIND LIMBS ON HEPATIC ISCHEMIC-REPERFUSION INJURY

Objective:To observe the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning (IPC) of hind limbs on rabbit hepatic ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods:Morphological changes of rabbit hepatic cells and hepatic cell devices were observed in the group with IPC of hind legs and the group with IPC of liver.The results of two groups were compared with those of normal group and group with hepatic I/R.Results:There were no obvious changes in the groups with IPC in hepatic cells structure and membrane of cell devices under optical microscope and electron microscope with exception of mitocondrias and cellular swelling.However,in the group with I/R,hepatic cell swelling,obviots vacuole toxicities and damage of membrane of hepatic cell and inner membrane of mitochondria were observed.Conclusion:Both IPC of hind limbs and IPC of liver had protective effect against I/R injury.
