农村精神病人攻击行为相关因素的对照研究

目的：研究农村精神病人攻击行为的相关因素。方法：98例有攻击行为者列为研究组，103例无攻击行为者列为对照组，重点根据两组既往史、家族史、个人史、BPRS量表评分及病人妄想类别来探讨其导致攻击行为的相关因素。结果：既往史中的暴力行为及酒精滥用，家族史中教育方式、家族成员之间关系及阳性家族史、个人史中曾受父母虐待，BPRS量表中思维障碍及敌对猜疑均显示差异有显著性(P＜0．05)，妄想类别两组间差别也有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。结论：精神病人攻击行为是多因素的，病理性妄想、家庭环境等是重要因素之一。

RESEARCH ON THE RELEVANT FACTORS OF AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR OF PSYCHOPATHICS IN RURAL AREA

Objective:To study the relevant factors of aggressive behavior of the psychopathic.Methods:There were 98 patients who had aggressive behavior in research group.There were 103 patients without aggressive behavior in control group.According to their respective previous history,family history,personal history,BPRS grade and delusion,try to find the relevant factors that resulted in the aggressive behavior.Results:Difference appeared in all the factors such as aggressive behavior,alcohol abuse in the past,education method,relationship among family members,and positive family history,cruelties from parents in the past,disturbance of thought and hostile guessing in the BPRS,with P <0 05.There was also an obvious difference among different kinds of delusion,with P <0 05.Conclusion:Many different factors may result in the aggressive behavior of the psychopathic,with pathological delusionosis and family background being the main factors.
