综合护理干预对中青年慢性心力衰竭患者负性情绪及预后的影响

目的：探讨综合护理干预对中青年慢性心力衰竭患者负性情绪及预后的影响。方法选择于本院心内科住院的中青年慢性心力衰竭患者90例，随机分为干预组45例（入选45例，失访2例）和对照组45例（入选45例，失访4例）。对干预组患者进行综合护理干预，包括心理干预、健康教育、标准电话随访；对照组患者进行常规护理。以SAS得分、SDS得分、再住院次数、再住院天数为评价指标，于干预6个月后进行效果评价。结果干预6个月后，两组患者的SAS得分、SDS得分、再住院次数、再住院天数比较，差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预能够降低中青年慢性心力衰竭患者的负性情绪，减少患者的再住院次数和天数，是一种行之有效的干预方式。

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions and prognosis of middle-aged and young patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions and prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure .Methods We selected 90 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure in the department of cardi -ology in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the intervention group （n=45, missing 2 cases） and the control group （n=45, missing 4 cases）.The intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention , including psychological intervention , health edu-cation, standard telephone follow -up and so on.While the control group received routine care .The score of SAS, score of SDS, read-mission frequency , readmission days were measured after the intervention .Results There were significant differences in score of SAS , score of SDS, readmission frequency, readmission days between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in-tervention can reduce negative emotions of patients with chronic heart failure ,and can reduce readmission frequency and readmission days.It＇s an effective intervention .
