上颌美学区单颗牙即刻种植修复的美学效果评价

目的 评价上颌前牙美学区单颗牙即刻种植修复的美学效果。方法 选取上颌前牙美学区行单颗牙即刻种植即刻修复的患者43例,12个月后,运用粉红色美学分值(PES)和白色美学分值(WES)全面评价种植体周围软组织和修复体的美学效果,应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者对美学效果的主观满意度,分析PES与WES,VAS与PES、WES之间的关系。结果 PES总分均值为(8.00±0.60),WES总分均值为(7.81±0.82);种植体PES与WES值之间的相关性具有统计学意义(r=0.528,P＜0.01)。患者VAS显示满意率为97.67%,患者VAS与PES值(r=0.561,P＜0.01),与WES值(r=0.423,P＜0.01)间存在显著正相关关系。结论 前牙美学区即刻种植即刻修复可获得更好的美学效果及患者满意度,其中PES与WES,VAS与PES、VAS与WES之间有高度的相关性。

Aesthetic evaluation of immediate single implant restoration in the maxillary anterior aesthetic zone

Objective To evaluate the aesthetic outcome of immediate single implant restoration in the maxillary anterior aesthetic zone.Methods Forty-three patients with anterior aesthetic zone dentition defects were received immediate single implant restoration.After a mean follow-up period 12 months, the professional esthetic treatment outcome was also evaluated using pink esthetic score (PES) and white esthetic score (WES).A visual analog scale (VAS) was used to assess the extent of patients satisfaction regarding the esthetic outcome. The correlations between the PES value and WES value,VAS value and PES value,VAS value and WES value were calculated.Results The mean±SD values of PES and WES were 8.00±0.60 and 7.81±0.82.The Spearman correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations between the PES and WES value (r=0.528,P＜0.01).The VAS value was 97.67%.The Spearman correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations between the VAS and PES value,VAS and WES value (r=0.561,P＜0.01;r=0.423,P＜0.01) respectively.Conclusion Immediate single implant restoration in the maxillary anterior aesthetic zone can obtain better aesthetic effects and subjective satisfaction. A strong correlation was observed between the PES and WES,VAS and PES value, VAS and WES scoring systems.
