医科院校临床医学专业学生家庭功能与考试焦虑的关系研究

目的：探讨临床医学专业学生家庭功能与考试焦虑的关系。方法采用整群取样，从山东省某医学院校选取645名大学生为被试，应用家庭功能评定量表、考试焦虑量表进行调查。结果存在考试焦虑不适感的学生占61.2％；高家庭功能组和低家庭功能组在考试焦虑水平上存在显著性差异（t＝-5．15，P＜0.01）；临床医学专业学生家庭功能与考试焦虑存在显著正相关（t＝0.238，P＜0.01）；多元回归显示，总的功能和角色两个因子对考试焦虑有显著的预测作用（β＝0．145，β＝0．131；P均＜0.01）。结论家庭功能是影响临床医学专业学生考试焦虑的一个重要因素。

Studying on the relationship between family function and test anxiety among clinical medical students in medical college

Objective To explore the relationship between family function and test anxiety among clinical medical students .Meth-ods Totally 645 clinical graduates in some medical university of Shandong were selected with cluster sampling and investingated with Family Assessment Device and Test Anxiety .Results 38.8%of participants had test anxiety discomforts .There were significant differ-ence on test anxiety between high family function group and low family function group （t=-5.15,P＆lt;0.01）.There was positive corre-lation between family function and test anxiety （t=0.238,P＆lt;0.01）.Multi-regression analysis showed that：general function and explic-it character could predict test anxiety （β=0.145,β=0.131;respective,P﹤0.01）.Conclusion There is close correlation between family function and test anxiety and family function has a great influence on test anxiety of the students .
