高血压脑出血患者血小板CD62p和CD42b表达量的变化

目的 :研究高血压脑出血患者血小板 CD62 p和 CD42 b表达的动态变化 ,探讨急性脑出血的合理治疗方案。方法 :利用流式细胞术 ( FCM) ,对 33例高血压脑出血患者发病早期 ( 72 h内 )及治疗 1周后血小板 CD62 p和 CD42 b的表达进行检测。结果 :与健康人比较 ,脑出血患者发病早期血小板 CD62 p的表达量明显增加 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,CD42 b的表达量明显减少 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ;脑出血患者治疗 1周后与发病早期比较 ,血小板 CD62 p的表达量明显增加 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,CD42 b的表达量明显减少 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :高血压脑出血患者出现血小板活化现象 ,治疗后血小板活化程度增加 ,提示脑出血患者应适当应用改善脑循环药物治疗

CHANGES OF THE EXPRESSION OF PLATELET CD42b AND CD62P IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSIVE CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE

Objective:To study changes of the expression of platelet CD42b and CD62p in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and then to explore an appropriate therapeutic plan for acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The expression of platelet CD42b and CD26P was detected by flow cytometry (FCM) in 33 patients in the early period of hemorrhage (within 72 h) and a week after treatment.Results:Expression of platelet CD 42b was lower and that of platelet CD62p was higher in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage than that in healthy individuals ( P <0 01);Expression of platelet CD42b was lower and platelet CD62p was higher a week after treatment than that in the early period of hemorrhage ( P <0 05).Conclusion:Phenomenon of platelet activation occurred in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Activated platelets in patienls with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage increased after treatment,which suggested that the treatment of improving blood circulation should be used properly in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
