微创血肿清除术对于高血压丘脑出血患者术后神经功能恢复的影响研究

目的：研究微创血肿清除术对于高血压丘脑出血患者术后神经功能恢复的影响。方法本研究选择连云港市第一医院2011年5月-2013年10月接受微创血肿清除术的高血压丘脑出血患者40例作为观察组，另选取同期于本院接受常规手术治疗的40例作为对照组。所有患者均详细记录手术相关指标，术后住院时间以及神经功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、手术出血量及住院时间均显著低于对照组患者。两组患者术前NIHSS评分及ADL评分无显著差异，术后3周的NIHSS评分均显著降低，ADL评分均显著升高，观察组患者术后3周的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组，ADL评分显著高于对照组。结论微创血肿清除术治疗高血压丘脑出血患者疗效肯定，创伤小，术后神经功能恢复快。

Effect of mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma on the recovery of postoperative neurologic function in patients with hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage

Objective To research the effect of mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma on the recovery of postoperative neuro-logic function in patients with hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage .Methods 40 patients with hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage and undergoing mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma were selected as observation group in Lianyungang First People＇s Hospital from May 2011 to October 2013 ,and 40 cases undergoing routine surgery as control group in our hospital at the same time .The surgery-related indexes ,postoperative hospital stays and recovery of neurologic function in all patients were recorded in details . Results The operation time ,amount of hemorrhage and hospital stays in observation group were all significantly lower than in control group .There was no statistical significance between two groups by comparison to NIHSS and ADL scores before opera-tion .Three week after operation ,NIHSS scores went down obviously ,while ADL scores up notably .NIHSS scores were lower in observation group than in control group 1 week after operation ,but ADL scores were higher conspicuously .Conclusion For the patients with hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage ,mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma is characterized by confirmative effi-cacy ,little trauma and rapid recovery of postoperative neurologic function .
