| 摘 要： | 目的探讨水蛭地龙注射液(疏血通)对原发性肾病综合征(PNS)的治疗作用及对血浆内皮素(ET)、D-二聚体(DD)的影响.方法将原发性肾病综合征患者68例随机分为治疗组及对照组各34例,对照组采用标准激素疗法及复方丹参注射液,治疗组在泼尼松治疗同时加用水蛭地龙注射液,治疗前及疗程结束后测定血浆ET及DD,比较各组在治疗前后其浓度变化.结果治疗组与对照组在治疗后尿蛋白、血浆ET及DD浓度均较治疗前有显著降低,差异具有显著性,而对照组、治疗组在治疗前后分别比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论水蛭地龙注射液可减少原发性肾病综合征患者内皮素的释放和D-二聚体的生成,对肾病综合征具有治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects of Shuizhi-Dilong injection treating primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Methods The treated group(n=34)based on onventional therapy was treated with Shuizhi-Dilong injection infused intravenously,meanwhile the control group(n=34)treated with Danshen injection infused.Before and after therapy,the changes in concentration of plasma endothelin(ET) and D-dimer(DD)between two groups were compared.Results After therapy,urine protein excretion,plasma ET and DD in two groups were significantly reduced.No difference was found before or after therapy in urine protein excretion plasma ET and DD between treated group and control group.Conclusion Shuizhi-Dilong injection can reduce the levels of ET and DD in patients with PNS,so it is effective drug to treat PNS. |
