PIK3CA蛋白在大肠癌变过程中的表达及临床意义

目的研究PIK3CA蛋白在大肠癌变过程中的表达差异及临床病理的相关性,探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测PIK3CA蛋白在79例大肠癌、36例轻度异型增生腺瘤、32例重度异型增生腺瘤、12例正常大肠组织中的表达情况。结果①PIK3CA蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达明显高于正常组织及轻度异型增生大肠腺瘤(P<0.01),与重度异型增生腺瘤间无明显差异(P>0.05)。重度异型增生腺瘤组织中PIK3CA蛋白的表达比轻度异型增生腺瘤及正常黏膜组织中的表达显著增高(P<0.01);②大肠癌组织中PIK3CA蛋白的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移等因素具有相关性(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄、部位、肿瘤的大小及组织学类型等因素无关(P>0.05)。结论PIK3CA在大肠癌的发生发展过程中具有重要作用,检测PIK3CA对于大肠癌的早期诊断、判断预后有重要意义。

Expression and clinical significance of PIK3CA in the progress of colorectal canceration

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of PIK3CA in colorectal carcinoma tissue,and also in different tissues in the progression of colorectal canceration.Methods Detected the PIK3CA expression in 79 cases of colorectal cancer,36 cases of mild dysplasia adenoma,32 cases of severe dysplasia adenoma,12 cases of normal colorectal organizations by Max VisionTM immunohistochemical technique(IHC).Results ①PIK3CA protein expression in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than the normal colon tissues and mild dysplasia colorectal adenoma(P<0.01),then there was no significant difference between colorectal carcinoma and severe dysplasia adenoma(P>0.05);PIK3CA protein expression in severe dysplasia adenoma was significantly higher than mild dysplasia colorectal adenoma and the normal colon tissues(P<0.01)②PIK3CA expression was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but its expression was no relation with patients sex,age,position,tumor size and type,(P>0.05).Conclusion PIK3CA may play an important role in progression of colorectal canceration,detect PIK3CA protein expression is significant to diagnose and predict patients prognisis.
