| 摘 要： | 糖胺聚糖(glycosaminoglycan,GAG)是一类含有糖醛酸和氨基糖残基的重要生物大分子。在细胞表面和细胞外基质中存在着一些高亲和力的GAG结合细胞因子,如血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、中期因子(midkine,MK)、骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)、肝素酶(heparanase,HPA)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)。它们除了具有多种生物学作用外,还与肿瘤发生、发展有着密切联系。GAG结合细胞因子在肿瘤分子诊断、靶向治疗方面的研究和应用已越来越受关注。

| Abstract: | Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are linear chains consisting of the repeating unit of a disaccharide, generically a hexosamine and a uronic acid component. A significant proportion of cytokines produced by tumors and host cells in the tumor microenviroment bind to GAGs,such as vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),midkine(MK),osteopontin(OPN), heparanase (HPA).Despite several biological functions, GAGs-binding cytokines closely related to tumor growth and development. In the field of molecular diagnosis and therapeutics of malignant tumors, GAGs-binding cytokines have been gaining increasing attention.This paper reviews the relastionship between GAGs-binding cytokines and tumor. |
