摘    要:动态观察良恶性脑瘤患手术前后的外周血自然杀细胞活性,淋巴因子活化的杀伤细胞活性及T细胞亚群的变化。方法:良恶性脑瘤患分为两组,采用ABC免疫组化法测定T淋巴细胞亚群的用^3H-TdR标记靶细胞杀伤释放法测定NK,LAK活性。结果;两组患术后第3天的NK活性,LAK活性的CD^+3,CD^+4细胞及CD^+4/CD^+8比值明显低于术前,CD^+8细胞则明显高于术前,相差均非常显,术后第7天

Abstract:Objective: To observe the dynamic changes of natural killer cell (NK),lymphokine activated killer cells (LAK) activity and lymphocyte subpopulation for the patients with malignant and benign brain tumor in perioperation period. Methods: The patients were divided into two groups. Lymphocyte subsets were assayed by ABC immuno histochemistry. NK and LAK activities were detected by 3H TdR incorporation target cell release method. Results: NK,LAK activity and the quantitation of CD3 +,CD4 + subpopulation and the CD4 +/CD8 + ratio 3 d after operation were significantly lower than those of preoperation, however, the percentage of CD8 + was higher than that of preoperation in both groups (P<0.01). The NK,LAK cells activity and the quantitation of lymphocyte subpopulation were gradually increased 7 d after operation in both groups. Besides the percentage of CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio in 10 d after operation had significant difference from those of preoperation. LAK cells activity recovered gradually by 10 d after operation in both groups, other quantitations were access to those of preoperation. Conclusion: Immune function in patients with brain tumor is recovered to different degree in different period after operation, providing references to clinical therapy.
