体内细胞示踪技术及其应用

摘    要:随着科学技术的发展,越来越多的体内细胞示踪技术被运用于医学研究中。目前常用的体内示踪技术包括核素成像、磁共振成像、光学成像等技术,这些成像的方式在特异性、敏感性、操作方式等方面都各有特点。在运用这些技术的时候,研究者需要根据成像的要求、实验对象、成像目的等综合因素,并结合各种成像的特点来考虑。本文就现有的体内细胞示踪技术作一综述。

Abstract:With the development of science technology,more and more methods of cell tracking in vivo are used in medical research,including radionuclide imaging, magnetic resonance imaging and optical imaging. As these imaging methods have its own characteristics in specificity ,sensibility and mode of operation ,researchers should choose one appropriate method or more according to the aim,subject and requirements of experiment with the combination of imaging characteristics.Here we summarize the methods of cell tracking in vivo.
