摘    要:目的:通过观察姜黄素对脑缺血再灌注时脑组织中丙二醛,亚硝酸盐,超氧化物歧化酶含量的影响,探讨其对再灌注损伤保护作用的机制。方法:选用大鼠4血管结扎缺血再灌注模型,用化学发光法测定大鼠脑组织中SOD的活性,用比色法测定MDA和亚硝酸盐的含量。姜黄素于缺血前30min腹腔注射给予。结果:缺血30min再灌注15min后,模型组的动物脑组织中MDA和亚硝酸盐的含量明显升高。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the protective mechanism of curcumin on ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The 4 vessel occlusion rat model was used, and the contents of malonaldehyde(MDA), nitrite and SOD in brain tissue were detected after 30 min ischemia and 15 min reperfusion with spectrophotometry and chemoluminescence respectively. Curcumin was given (20 or 40 mg/kg) intraperitoneally 30 min before ischemia. Results: The contents of MDA and nitrite in the brain were significantly increased after ischemia and reperfusion, while this increase was inhibited in curcumin treated groups. The activity of SOD in brain of curcumin groups was elevated. Conclusion: The protective effect of curcumin in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury might be related to its inhibiting activity on radical generation and radical eleminating action.
