摘    要:探讨磷脂在胃粘液屏障中的作用。观察正常及0.6mol/L盐酸损伤组鼠胃粘液层的磷脂含量及超微结构;观察正常对照,盐酸损伤,外源性磷脂保护组大鼠胃粘膜经0.6mol/L盐酸损伤后的溃疡。,损伤后,大鼠胃粘膜表面粘液凝胶层中总磷脂明显减少。外源性双饱和卵磷脂混悬液使0.6mol/L盐酸所致的胃粘膜溃疡指数和溃疡面积与胃粘膜总面积之比值变小。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the role of phospholipid in gastric mucous barrier.Methods:The content and the ultrastructure of phospholipid in gastric mucosa were observed in rats with or without hydrochloric acid(HCI) injury(0.6 mol/L).The gastric ulcer resulting from HCI injury was observed in rats with or without exogenous phospholipid protection.Results:Phospholipid content in gastric surface mucous gel decreased(P<0.01) after being injured by 0.6 mol/L HCI.Exogenous disaturated phosphatidyl choline mixed with tripalmin protected the rat gastric mucosa from 0.6 mol/L HCl insult.It was disclosed that the surface epithelium was covered by a layer of mucous gel rich in phospholipid,and the glandular epithelium was covered by a structure of phospholipid.On the HCI damaged mucosa where the mucous gel was incomplete,a layer of phospholipid compensatorily overlaied the surface epithelium.Conclusion:The phospholipids form the constructure with or without binding the other component such as mucin, and resist the back diffusion of H+ from gastric lumina,ie the gastric mucous barrier.
