银杏叶提取物对小鼠脑缺血能量代谢的影响

摘    要:通过测定断头小鼠脑中腺苷三磷酸、磷酸肌酸及乳酸含量,观察银杏叶提取物对脑缺血能量代谢的影响。结果表明,小鼠断头30s后,脑ATP,PC含量明显下降,LA含量显著增加;口服银杏叶的取物能减轻小鼠脑缺血对ATP、PC的减及及LA的增加。提示银杏叶提取物可减少脑缺血时脑组织耗能。

Abstract:The effects of Ginkgo biloba L(GK) extract on energy metabolism of ischemic brain were studied by measuring the contents of adenosine triphosphate (ATP),phosphocreatine(PC) and lactic acid (LA) in the mouse ischemic brain induced by decapitation.The results showed that the contents of ATP and PC in mouse brain reduced while that of LA increased after 30 s ischemia induced by decapitation. GK extract (ig) before decapitation could alleviate the reduction of ATP and PC and the accumulation of LA in mouse brain.These results suggest GK extract is effective in ameliorating the energy exhaustion in the ischemic brain.
