摘    要:目的:检验新型无柄人工髋关节的早期骨长入情况,以评价金钟罩的生物固定效果。方法:以枯铬钼合金材料制成山羊用股骨金钟罩形无柄人工髋关节假体及固定螺丝钉,以高分子聚乙烯制成山羊用人工股骨头假体。选取12只山羊、体质量38 ̄48kg,雌雄各半,随机分成3组行人工髓关节置换术。切除股骨头近段2/3,套上金钟罩,拧入固定螺丝钉,经假体窗口钻孔植骨。于手术后1,2,3个月宰杀山羊,取股骨近端标本,常规处理,显

Abstract:Objective: To study the biological fixation effect of a new non stem hip prothesis. Methods: A new set of femoral prothesis for goat was made of Co Cr Mo alloy and the cup was made of polyethylene. Twelve goats (body mass 38 48 kg) were randomly divided into 3 groups to do the total hip replacement with this new prothesis. The proximal 2/3 of the femoral head was cut off. Then the femoral prothesis was put on to the residual proximal part of femur, the distal end of the prothesis attached on the lesser and great trochanter, and then a screw was used to fix the prothesis and the femur. Holes were drilled through the windows of the prothesis and bone graphs were put into the holes. The goats were killed at 1, 2 or 3 months postoperation and samples were taken from the proximal femur for microscope observation. Results: Eleven goats recovered well after operation, one suffered from hip infection. Samples from the 11 goats were found proliferated around the prothesis and hard prominence from the windows of the prothesis. Microscope observation found that osteoblasts, bone cells and new osseous lamella grew up at the windows area 3 months postoperation and protruded outside the windows. Conclusion: Bone proliferation through the windows with connective tissues surrounding the prothesis may give the femoral prothesis a kind of biological fixation and prolong its live time.
