摘    要:目的:构建髋臼三维有限元模型.方法:选择成年湿髋臼尸体标本行CT扫描成像得到髋臼每层横截面图像,提取边界坐标,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS5.6构建髋臼三维有限元模型,三维十结点四面体实体单元进行网格划分.结果:所构建髋臼模型共划分为121 239个结点、112 491个单元,客观反映髋臼真实解剖形态及生物力学行为.结论:构建的髋臼三维有限元模型为髋臼骨折内固定的记忆力学研究提供可循模型.

Abstract:Objective:To construct three dimensional (3D) finite element acetabular model.Methods: A wet acetabular from corpse was scaned by CT and images of every cross section acetabular layer were obtained,and an acetabular model was constructed with ANSYS5.6 software.Results: The constructed 3D finite element acetabular model clearly reflected the real acetabulum anatomy and biomechanical behavior.The model was divided into 121 239 nodes and 112 491 units. Conclusion:The construction of acetabulum 3D finite element model provides basic data for the research on mechanical behavior and internal fixation mechanics after fracture.
