| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术（ＥＶＧＥ）的治疗标准。方法：总结３８例ＥＶＧＥ的操作经验，根据并发症种类及其对瘤体原影响作为评判参数。结果操作成功率９４．７３％，无术中死亡。中转开腹手术１例，并发内漏４例，移植物内血栓形成２例。术后近期死亡３例，其中ＭＯＦ及肾衰各１例，其他原因术后２个月死亡１例。ＥＶＧＥ治愈率８６．８４％，总治愈率９２．１０％。结论：ＥＶＧＥ即时操作成功、治愈及失败的判断标准应根

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the treatment standards of endovascular graft exclusion (EVGE) for abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). Methods: In 38 cases of EVGE, the evaluation parameters were selected according to the complications and their effects to the aneurysms. Results: Operation success ratio was 94.73%, with no operating death and one inverted to open surgery. There were 4 cases of endoleaks and 2 thromboses. Three died shortly after deployment because of MOF(1 case), renal function failure(1 case). The curative ratio of EVGE was 86.84%, while the totally curative of AAA was 92.10%. Conclusion: EVGE curative ratio and operation failure ratio should de made according to the complications and their effects to the prognosis, the standards of operating success ratio. |
