静脉皮瓣术后早期微循环重建的实验研究

摘    要:本实验采用兔耳窗活体微循环观察、微循环图像处理、微循环与心跳同步观察等手段,研究了静脉皮瓣术后早期微循环的重建与灌注方式,发现术后2d内静脉皮瓣有两种血流灌注方式:(1)静脉血以潮汐方式,经小静脉、细静脉逆行灌注毛细血管网。(2)静脉血经动,静脉吻合支流入动脉系统,再由小动脉、细动脉端灌注毛细血管网。24h后第一种灌注方式逐渐减弱,48 h后完全依赖第二种方式进行组织灌注,保证了正常组织供血需要。

Abstract:In this experiment we investigated the reestablishment of microcirculation and perfusion ways in venous flaps by means of rabbit ear chambers, image processing system, and composing video picture techniques, within 7 days after the operation. The results showed that the microcirculation of venous flaps, within two days after operation, was reestablished by two kinds of perfusion ways: (1)Diversion of blood flow perfused the capillaries through the "to-and-fro" movement of venous blood. (2) The venous blood flowed into arterial vessels through arteriovenous anastomoses and perfused the capillaries. Later the second way replaced the first one within the 48 hours, since it could normally perfuse tissues and guarantee the venous flap blood supply for the rest of time.
