国产11种金丝桃属植物中化学成分的含量分析

摘    要:采用RP—HPLC梯度洗脱和等强度洗脱相结合的方法测定11种金丝桃届植物的提取物中5种化合物的含量。结果发现金丝桃属植物中各化学成分含量差异较大,其中贯叶金丝桃中的芦丁、金丝桃苷、金丝桃素含量均高于其他种;仅贯叶金丝桃、扬子小连翘、元宝草和遍地金等4种草本类中被检测出含有金丝桃素,而灌木类中未检测出;11种金丝桃属植物中都含有贯叶金丝桃素,且贯叶金丝桃素在展萼金丝桃中的含量高于贯叶金丝桃。这提示展萼金丝桃、扬子小连翘、元宝草和遍地金有望成为贯叶金丝桃的替代品。

Abstract:This study is to compare the contents of 5 constituents (hypericin, hyperforin, hyperoside, quercetin, rutin) in 11 Hypericum species growing in China and to seek the possible substitute for Hypericum perforatum. RP-HPLC methods were developed for the analyses of 5 substances in 11 Hypericum species. The contents of 5 constituents in 11 Hypericum species were very different, and those of rutin, hyperoside, hypericin in Hypericum perforatum were higher than in others; Hypericin were detected only in 4 herbs including Hypericum perforatum, H. faberi, H. sampsonii and H. wightianum, and was not detected in shrubs; Hyperforin were found in 11 samples and the content of it in H. lancasteri were higher than in H. perforatum.
