摘    要:研究椎管内节段性动脉的来源及分布的解剖特点,为防止椎管内手术或麻醉伤及脊髓营养动脉提供解剖学数据。方法:15具成人标本,切开椎管后壁,在手术显微镜下和X线造影片上观察椎管内节段性营养动脉的来源,在脊神经节,脊神经前后根,脊髓表面的分布及其与脊神经节的位置关系。

Abstract:Objective: To avoid the injury of nutrient arteries passing through intervertebral canal to attach to the spinal cord during operation and anesthesia in the vertebral canal. Methods: The arteries which supply the spinal ganglion, ventral root, dorsal root and spinal cord were dissected on 15 adult cadavers. Results: 724 branches of segmental nutrient arteries ( cervical segmental 126, thoracic segmental 454, lumbar segmental 100 and sacrao segmental 8) were observed on 15 adult cadavers. The relationship between nutrient artery, and the spinal ganglion and spinal nerves were observed and measured before the spinal artery passed through the dura mater, the anterolateral and posterolateral sulcus respectively. Conclusion: Our results provide morphological information for operation and anesthesia in the vertebral canal in avoidance of injury of spinal arteries.
