摘    要:目的:评价兔自体骨髓间充质干细胞作为半月板组织工程理建中种子细胞的可能性。方法;采用体外细胞培养技术将兔骨髓间充质干细胞自骨髓血中分离、纯化和和培养,并研究其增殖及生长特征。结果:原代培养及传代培养显示,兔自体骨髓间充质干细胞具有活跃的增殖增能力。结论:兔自体骨髓间充质干细胞生物年龄较为年轻,用作半月板组织工程 种子细胞具有较强的可行性。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of using autogenous bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) as seed cells in meniscus tissue engineering. Methods: Autogenous MSC were isolated from bone marrow blood and purified by centrifuge and in vitro culture. The proliferation and growth characteristics were observed in primary and passage culture. Results: Autogenous bone marrow derived MSC showed active proliferative capacity in vitro in primary and passage cultures. Conclusion: Autogenous bone marrow derived MSC have relative young biology age and hence can be used as the seed cells for meniscus tissue engineering.
