| 摘 要： | 肝移植已成为终末期肝病最有效的治疗手段之一，但术后仍有10%～40％患者出现胆道并发症（biliary complications，BC），其中6％～13％需再次肝移植，病死率近19％。BC的发生及诊治效果直接关系到患者的预后，本文就肝移植术后BC的致病因素及发病机制作一综述。

| Abstract: | Liver transplantation has been taken as one of the most effective therapies for patients with end-stage liver disease. However. 10%-40% patients develop biliary complications (BO after transplantation and 6%-13% patients have to receive liver retransplantation, with the mortality being around 19%. BC is one of the major risk factors for the prognosis of liver transplantation. This review summarizes the etiology and the mechanism(s) of biliary complications after liver transplantation. |
