卫生资源配置机制研究的现状与发展

卫生资源配置是卫生系统政策与体制的基础.本文分析了近年来我国卫生资源配置机制研究的现状与趋势,回顾了基于多目标投入产出复杂科学方法的卫生资源配置机制、方法以及标准研究的动向,阐述了构建包括外生性资源与内生性资源的卫生资源配置理论体系,阐明了各类卫生资源投入产出机制、供需均衡特点以及提出的配置方法与标准,为卫生资源优化配置及其相关决策提供理论与方法学依据.

Current status and development of research on health resource allocation mechanism

Health resource allocation(HRA) is the basis for the policy and regulation of health delivery system. This paper introduces the situation and trend of the mechanism research on HRA. The main contents are allocation mechanisms, methods and standards based on the multiple input-output complex science, construction of the theory system of HRA including the exogenous and endogenous health resource,and analysis of the input-output mechanism and the characters of HRA supply-demand. It will provide theory and methodology basis for feasible HRA and related decision-making.
