苦参碱对大鼠实验性肝纤维化的影响

摘    要:目的:研究苦参碱对肝纤维化的防治作用及其机理。方法:应用四氯化碳诱导大鼠实验性肝纤维化,并以苦参碱防治。观察了3,6,12周对照组、模型组、治疗组的血清丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、透明质酸(HA)、肝组织羟脯氨酸(HyP)含量以及肝脏病理变化。结果:苦参碱50mg/kg和100mg/kg均能显著减轻肝细胞变性、坏死及纤维组织的形成,同时能降低不同实验阶段血清ALT(P<0.01)、HA(P<0.01)以及肝组织中Hyp含量(P<0.05)。结论:苦参碱有防治四氯化碳诱发的肝纤维化的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the antifibrogenetic effect of matrine.Methods:The experimental liver fibrosis induced by tetrachloride in rats were treated with matrine.Serum alamine aminotransferase (ALT) .hyaluronate (HA).and hydroxyproline (HyP) and pathological change in liver tissue were observed. Data were expressed as.Significance of statistical differences was assessed by paired t-text.Results:Elevated serum ALT,HA and HyP in liver tissue were markedly decreased,and liver necrosis and fibrogenesis were also significantly alleviated when tetrachloride- treated rats were intragastrically given matrine 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg once a day for the indicated time. Conclusion:Matrine has an antifibrogenetic action.
