摘    要:目的:探讨战备药材模块化保障的方法及可行性.方法:以某综合医院2002年住院病例数据库为对象,收集与战伤编码一致的病例358例,与战时常见疾病一致的病例209例,运用系统分析方法分析战备药材需求的基本特征,按照模块化原理,应用聚类分析方法,建立战备药材模块体系、药材模块的品种、数量标准,根据卫勤保障任务设计模块组装方案.结果:(1)按照模块划分原则,获得由132种战备药材组成的模块集,包括手术专用、敷料和包扎固定材料、消耗性器材等7个子模块,平均每个子模块内含4个单元,58种药材.(2)制定了战备药材子模块的品种及每百名伤员一日用量标准.(3)以摩托化步兵师某地区战斗药材保障想定作业为背景,评价药材基数保障和模块化保障的优劣,模拟结果显示模块化保障优于基数保障.结论:本研究首次完成了对战备药材的模块化设计和模块化保障方案的拟定,表明战备药材模块化保障方法是可行的,为战时药材模块化配置和实现精确化保障提供了一条新的途径.

Abstract:Objective: To develop a method of modularized medical supplies for war preparedness and study its feasibility. Methods: Totally 358 patients whose injury codes were identical with the war injury codes and 208 patients whose diseases were also frequently seen in wartime were collected from the inpatient database of a general hospital in 2002. System analysis was used to analyze the basic characteristics of the medical supplies demand of war preparedness. Cluster analysis was used to establish the medical supplies module system and the item and quantity criteria of medical material based on the modularization theory. The module assembly project was designed according to the demand of medical supplies. Results: (1)132 items of drugs were selected to establish the module, including 7 sub-modules such as surgical material, dressing material and expendable instruments. Every sub-module had 4 cells and 58 drugs according to the principle of modularized division. (2)The item and quantity criteria of medical materials and demand of every 100 soldiers were established. (3)The medical supplies for an infantry division at Zhanglin Area was exemplified to evaluate the modularization medical supplies and basic-unit medical supplies. The results showed that the modularization medical supplies was superior to the basic-unit medical supplies. Conclusion: The modularized design of medical supplies for war preparedness has been established and the scheme for modularization supplies has been achieved in this research. It is obviously shown that the modularization of medical supplies is feasible, which may offer a new way for modularization allocation of medical supplies and for specific supplies of medical supplies in wartime.
