| 摘 要： | 内囊预警综合征是短暂性脑缺血发作的一种特殊类型，发病率低，但易进展为急性脑梗死。本文就内囊预警综合征的发病原因和机制、临床表现、影像学特点、治疗和预后等研究及目前进展予以综述，以期提高临床医生对该病的重视，及早诊治，改善预后。

| Abstract: | Capsular warning syndrome is a particular type of transient ischemic attack with low incidence, however, it may proceed to acute cerebral infarction with high possibility. This article reviews mechanisms, clinical manifestations, imaging features, treatment and prognosis of capsular warning syndrome, in order to make clinicians pay attention to it and give timely diagnosis and therapy. |
