摘    要:目的:对比钢板、髓内钉和天鹅型记忆接骨器(SMC)内固定对于骨折愈合的影响。方法:30只成年家犬髓机分为SMC为与钢板、SMC与髓内钉两个自体对照组,每组再分5、10、20、40、80d共5个共组。建立股骨骨折模型,并分别进行内固定。术后5、10、20、40、80d分别处死各亚组动物,通过不同时期的大体标本测量,骨折区灰度密度积分等方法来研究骨折愈合速度。结果:髓内钉仙痂出现较早、量较大、骨折线消失较晚、骨折区灰度密度积分最高,钢板侧骨痂出现较晚,量较少,骨折线消失最晚,骨折区灰度密度积分较低;SMC侧基本无骨痂出现,骨折线消失最早,骨折区灰度密度积分较高。结论:SMC有利于骨折愈合,且骨折愈合质量较高。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the effects of compression plate, intramedullary nail and swan like memory compressive connector (SMC) on fracture healing in dogs Methods:Thirty adult canines were divided into 2 self contrast groups at random. Both femurs fractures were interfixed by SMC and compression plate (P), or SMC and intramedullary nail (IN) In each group, canines were killed in subgroups successively at 5,10,20,40,80 days postoperatively The maximum diameter of the callus were measured and observed, and gray density were quantified Results:Bone callus from IN group appeared early with rich content, and the fracture line disappeared late. Callus from P appeared late with small content, and the fracture line disappearence was the latest; Little callus from SMC appeared, fracture line disappearence was the earliest and with highest gray density Conclusion:SMC can promote the bone fracture healing with high quality
