摘    要:目的:研究关节软骨细胞与纤维蛋白胶的混合物修复关节软骨全层缺损的效果。方法:(1)用自制消化瓶消化分离原代兔关节软骨细胞并培养;(2)通过硫酸铵沉淀法从兔血液中提取纤维蛋白原并制备纤维蛋白胶;(3)分别用自体或异体关节软骨细胞和纤维蛋白胶的混合物修复兔股骨滑车关节软骨全层缺损。术后1、2、3个月从大体观察,组织学等方面了解关节软骨缺损的修复情况。结果:自体软骨细胞组在术后3个月时修复组织已非常类似

Abstract:Objective: To repair full thickness articular cartilage defects by chondrocytes/fibrin glue matrix. Methods: (1) Isolate the chondrocytes from rabbit joint cartilage and then culture them. (2) Prepare fibrin glue from the rabbit blood by ammonium sulfate precipitation. (3) Repair full thickness articular cartilage defects of rabbit by chondrocytes/fibrin glue matrix. The articular cartilage defects were divided into 3 groups (group A, B and control) according to the chondrocyte used (autologous, allogeneic or no chondrocyte). The repair of defects was examined grossly and histologically 1, 2 and 3 months after operation. Results: The repair tissue of group B was excellent 3 months after operation. Resembled joint cartilage and the boundary were not clear. The repair tissue of group A was worse than that of the group B, but much more better than that of control group. Conclusion: The full thickness defects of joint cartilage can be excellently repaired with the matrix of chondrocytes/fibrin glue, and the result is better when the chondrocytes used are autologous.
