全身弥散加权成像诊断骨转移瘤的初步临床应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨全身MR弥散加权(WB-DWI)对恶性肿瘤远处骨转移的临床应用价值。方法经病理确诊,且SPECT全身核素骨显像诊断骨转移瘤的恶性肿瘤患者11例,1.5THDMR进行全身MR-DWI,然后重建全身图像。结果所有患者均获得良好的全身WB-DWI图像,重组3D-MIP全身图像对骨转移瘤均显示较敏感。结论全身弥散加权成像是诊断恶性肿瘤全身骨转移的一种快速、有效的技术,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of whole body diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of bone metastases in patients with malignant tumors. Methods eleven patients with malignant tumors and bone metastasis were enrolled. All patients have been proven by histopathologic examination and bone scintigraphy Whole body diffusion weighted imaging (WB-DWI) was used to scan 11 patients on 1.5T GE HD MR. all images were reconstructed to whole body images by software. Results WB-DWI images were obtained successfully in all Ⅱ cases. All bone metastases lesions were dearly showed on 3D-MIP restructuring images. Whole body MR-DWI was sensitive to bone metastases lesions. Conclusion WB-DWI is a rapid and feasible method in detecting bone metastases and has a certain value in clinical application.
