结肠灌洗在急性左半结肠癌性梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合术中的临床研究

目的探讨术中结肠灌洗在治疗急性左半结肠癌性梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合术中的安全性及可行性。方法回顾性分析28例急性左半结肠癌性梗阻患者行术中结肠灌洗Ⅰ期切除吻合术的临床资料。结果28例均痊愈出院，术后并发切口感染4例，腹腔感染1例，无吻合口瘘发生。结论术中结肠灌洗l期切除吻合术在治疗急性左半结肠癌性梗阻的在临床上是安全可行的。

Clinic study on one-stage resection and anatomosis of left-semicolon cancer with obstruction

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of intra-operative colonic irrigation in one-stage resetion and anastomasis for the acute obstruction of the left colorectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients who accepted intraoperative colonic irrigation and their tumors underwent one-stage resetion and anastomasis were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the patients were cured, but 4 cases with incision infection and 1 cases with abdominal cavity infection. No anastomasis fistula occured. Conclusion Intraoperative colonic irrigation in one-stage resetion and anastomasis for the acute obstruction of the left colorectal carcinoma is safe and effective clinically.
