冠心病患者测定超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体的临床意义

目的探讨冠心病患者测定血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和D-二聚体（DD）的临床价值。方法选择2008年4月～2010年3月在我院内科住院的冠心病患者90例及健康对照者31例,分别对冠心病组及对照组进行血清hs-CRP和DD水平的测定。结果冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和DD水平明显高于对照组（p〈0.01）;冠心病患者各亚组间hs-CRP和DD水平比较也有统计学意义（p〈0.01）,呈AMI组〉UAP组〉SAP组趋势。结论冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和DD水平明显升高,血清hs-CRP和DD水平测定可以作为评估冠心病病情严重程度的敏感指标。

Detection of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and D-Dimer in patients with coronary heart disease and its significance

Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and D-Dimer（DD）detected in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods The levels of serum hs-CRP and DD in CHD patients （n=90） and normal control （n=31） were detected. Results The levels of hs-CRP and DD in CHD patients were significantly higher than those of the control （p〈 0.01）. There were also significantly differences among the sub groups of CHD patients,the levels of hs-CRP and DD increased following with the increase of severe degree of CHD （AMI groupUAP groupSAP group,all p〈 0.01）. Conclusion The levels of serum hs-CRP and DD in CHD patients increase obviously,which can be used to evaluate the severity of condition as two sensitive indicator.
