医学信号降噪的处理方法

摘    要:目的对EEG、ECoG、ERP的电信号进行测量从而取出所需源的脑电诱发特征电信号,进而对人的各种行为、疾病等进行研究,是当今脑神经理论和实验研究的重要手段。方法由于脑电信号非常微弱,通常在微伏级,因而对所观测的数据进行去噪处理,提取所需的特征信号是临床和实验中的前沿技术之一。该文通过对脑电信号的长期研究提出了3种具体的去嗓方法。结论建立起了降噪数学模型,采用MATLAB的编程手段在实验的过程中对原始数据进行了分析,有效地剔除了噪声。从而在传统降噪理论的基础上提供了一套快速、便捷、准确的脑电信号的去噪方法。

Abstract:Objective Measuring electrical signal of EEG,ECoG,ERP and picking up brain induce characteristic signals we needed,then studying person's various behaviors and diseases are the important method of brain nerve theories and experiment research.Methods Because the brain electric signals are very weak,usually in the micro volts,so noise deduction processing for the observed data,picking up characteristic signal is one of the front techniques in the clinic and experiment research.Through long-term investigation,noise deduction method were put forward.Results On the basis of mathematical model which we established,the MATLAB method was used to analyze original data in the experiment and get rid of noise efficiently.It provides a set of fast,convenient,accurate brain electrical signal noise deduction method.
