摘 要: | 目的研究五味子乙素对膀胱肿瘤T24/ADM细胞多药耐药的逆转作用。方法 MTT法测定半数抑制浓度IC50和逆转倍数RI,流式细胞仪测定细胞内罗丹明的浓度。结果五味子乙素可以明显增加阿霉素对膀胱肿瘤T24/ADM细胞的细胞毒作用(P〈0.05),逆转指数为4.11,五味子乙素明显抑制了细胞内罗丹明的外排(P〈0.05)。结论五味子乙素明显抑制了膀胱肿瘤细胞的多药耐药,其机制可能与其抑制P-gp蛋白的外排有关。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reversal effect of SchB on bladder tumor multidrug resistance(MDR).Methods The reversal effect of SchB on multidrug resistance was determined by MTT method.The drug efflux functionof R-123 was studied by flow cytometry.Results SchB obviously increased the cytotoxicity of ADM to the cell line T24/ADM(P0.05),the RI was 4.11,SchB effectively inhibited the efflux function of R-123(P0.05).Conclusion SchB reversesed MDR effectively by inhibiting the drug efflux function of P-glycoprotein. |
