| 摘 要： | 目的通过对护理本科生毕业前临床能力的调查分析,找出临床教学中的薄弱环节,提出相应对策,为护理教育者完善教学计划提供依据。方法采用护理本科生临床能力自评量表对我校实习结束的128名护生进行调查。结果护理本科生临床能力总体表现令人满意,基本达到了培养目标,但是各项临床能力体现不平衡,其中职业心理素质得分最高,临床科研能力得分最低,护理本科生的临床能力需进一步提高。结论良好的临床能力是能够胜任未来临床工作的坚实基础,通过调查分析发现护生临床能力中的不足,对完善教学计划,提高护生整体临床能力的水平有重要意义。
