| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤的特征性CT表现。方法对31例CT检查和病理证实的原发性腹膜后肿瘤进行分析。结果良性20例,恶性11例。其中定位正确28例,定性正确23例。后腹膜肿瘤的基本CT表现为密度不均的软组织肿块与邻近脏器的受压移位和受侵。结论 CT对原发性腹膜后肿瘤定位有较高的价值,对定性诊断有较大的帮助,对病理组织学类型估计有一定的限度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate CT features of primary retroperitoneal neoplasm.Methods The diagnosis of the 31 cases primary retroperitoneal neoplasm was verified surgically and pathologically.Results 11 cases of malignant and benign in 20 cases.Which positioned correctly in 28 cases,23 cases qualitatively correct.The basic types of retroperitoneal tumors uneven density of CT showed soft tissue mass with adjacent organ invasion of compression and displacement.Conclusion CT localization of primary retroperitoneal ... |
