护士长夜查房及节假日督查反馈追踪记录本的设计与应用

目的完善护士长夜查房及护理部节假日督查反馈追踪机制,降低护理质量问题重复发生率,提高护理管理质量。方法用自行设计的＂护士长夜查房及节假日督查反馈追踪记录本＂,将夜查房与督查中查出的质量问题持续进行反馈追踪管理,并形成动态循环。使用该本3月后,统计全院各护理单元3月夜查房与督查中质量问题发生数、重复发生数及护理缺陷发生数,并与使用的相应指标作对照分析。结果使用反馈追踪记录本后,护理质量问题发生数及重复发生数与护理缺陷明显低于使用前,前后比较,差异均有极显著性意义（p〈0.01;p〈0.05）。结论＂护士长夜查房及节假日督查反馈追踪记录本＂的使用,完善了护士长夜查房及节假日督查反馈机制,有利于查房/督查信息及时、准确传递与交流,使经验教训共享,强化了护理人员人人参与科室管理的意识,能有效减少护理质量问题及护理缺陷的发生,促进护理质量的持续改进。

Night Nursing rounds and holidays inspection feedback track record of the design and application

Objective To explore the mechanism of feedback night nursing perfect holiday rounds, and nursing supervision and feedback tracking mechanism to reduce the incidence of duplication of care and quality issues and improve the quality of nursing management. Methods With self-designed ＂night nurse rounds and holiday inspection feedback track record＂, these will be found in night rounds and supervise the quality of ongoing feedback from track management, and form a dynamic cycle. Used the March, the statistics of all hospital-wide nursing unit 3 Moonlight rounds and supervision of quality problems in the number of repetition number and the number of nursing defects occur, and with the use of the corresponding indicators for comparative analysis.Results Rack record of the use of feedback, after the number and quality of care problems recurring defects in the number and care was significantly lower than prior to use, before and after comparison, the differences were highly significant （p〈0.01;p〈0.05）. Conclution Night nurse rounds and holidays inspection feedback track record of this, the use of rounds and the night nurse and improved supervision and feedback mechanisms holidays are conducive to rounds/supervision information timely and accurate transfer and exchange, so that lessons learned to share strengthen the participation of all sections of the management of the nursing staff＇s awareness, can effectively reduce the quality of care issues and nursing defects occur, to promote continuous improvement of quality of care.
