| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经髂内动脉或子宫动脉栓塞治疗对妇产科难治性大出血病例的临床应用价值。方法对16例妇产科大出血患者采用髂内动脉或子宫动脉栓塞术治疗,栓塞材料为明胶海棉或弹簧圈。结果 12例患者成功止血,3例失败,成功率80%。1例栓塞术后出现严重并发症。结论髂内动脉或子宫动脉栓塞术是治疗难治性妇产科大出血行之有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of internal iliac artery or uterine artery embolization in the treatment of gynecological and obstetrical hemorrhea diseases.Methods Internal iliac artery or uterine artery embolization were performed in 16 patients with gynecological and obstetrical hemorrhea diseases.And the gelfoam particles and/or spring coil were used as the embolic agents.Results Bleeding were stopped instantly in 12 cases with hemorrhea.Three cases were failure.Severe complication occurred in one case.Conclusion Internal iliac artery or uterine artery embolization is an effective and safe interventional treatment of gynecological and obstetrical hemorrhea diseases. |
