超敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉支架内再狭窄关系的研究

目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的相关性。方法对89例接受冠状动脉内支架术的冠心病患者进行冠脉造影检查和血清hs-CRP检测,结果采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果疾病组hs-CRP显著高于对照组（p〈0.01）,再狭窄组的hs-CRP水平明显高于无再狭窄组（p〈0.01）;两组在年龄、性别因素上无统计学意义,但吸烟、糖尿病、高血压、高血脂使支架内再狭窄发生的危险性增加。结论血清hs-CRP不仅与冠心病发生有关,而且与冠状动脉支架内再狭窄相关,可作为临床评价冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的指标之一。

The study of relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and coronary instent restenosis

Objective To investigate the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and coronary instent restenosis. Methods All the 89 coronary heart disease patients underwent coronary angiography and measured serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein. Results The serum level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the group of coronary heart disease was obviously higher than that in the group of control （p〈0.01）,The serum level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the group of instent restenosis was obviously higher than that in the group of non-instent restenosis （p〈0.01）; there were no statistical differences in age and sex between two groups,but smoking,diabetes mellitus,hypertension and high blood lipid in the group of instent restenosis was more severe than that in the group of non-instent restenosis. Conclusion The serum level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein may be positively associated not only with coronary heart disease,but also coronary instent restenosis,serving as one of the indicators for assessing coronary instent restenosis.
