| 摘 要： | 批量生产过程在现代工业生产过程中已占有愈发重要的地位。早期的批量控制器已无法满足批量生产过程的需要。在简要介绍ISA S88标准中所定义的适用于批量生产的相关术语的基础之上,以某生产活性剂的精细化工装置作为实例,结合Simatic Batch在该生产中实现配方的具体应用,了解基于ISA S88标准的DCS批量控制软件更适用于在精细化工装置上实现批量控制。
