针刺联合自拟乳癖祛瘀汤治疗血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生临床研究

目的探讨针刺联合自拟乳癖祛瘀汤治疗血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生的临床效果。方法选择100例血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组50例。对照组予以自拟乳癖祛瘀汤治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗。2组均治疗30 d。比较2组临床疗效、乳腺肿块大小及范围评分、乳房质地评分、性激素水平。结果治疗后,联合组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组肿块大小及肿块范围评分、乳房质地评分均较前降低(P<0.05),且联合组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、催乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平较前降低(P<0.05),孕酮(progesterone,P)水平较前升高(P<0.05);且联合组E2、PRL水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),P水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合自拟乳癖祛瘀汤能改善血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生患者的性激素水平,减小乳房肿块的大小和范围,提高治疗效果。

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Self-made Rupi Quyu Decoction in Treating Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands with Blood Stasis and Phlegm Coagulation

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with self-made Rupi Quyu decoction in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with blood stasis and phlegm coagulation.Methods A total of 100 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and combination group(n=50).The control group was treated with self-made Rupi Quyu decoction,and the combination group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The clinical efficacy,breast mass size,the scores of breast mass range and breast texture,and the levels of sex hormone were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mass size and scores of mass range and breast texture in both groups were all lower than before(P<0.05),and the combination group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol(E2)and prolactin(PRL)in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the level of progesterone(P)was increased(P<0.05).The levels of E2 and PRL in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of P in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with self-made Rupi Quyu decoction can alleviate the levels of sex hormone in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation,reduce the size and scope of breast mass and improve the therapeutic effects.
