SOX 方案联合参芪扶正注射液治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床观察

目的：研究替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂（SOX方案）联合参芪扶正注射液治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选择本院2011年1月—2014年1月不宜行手术切除治疗的老年晚期胃癌患者86例，随机分为2组。对照组40例，单用SOX方案化疗，治疗组46例，采用SOX方案联合参芪扶正注射液治疗，比较2组临床疗效及相关不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为58.7％与35.0％，2组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，2组患者血清中糖类抗原199（CA199）、癌胚抗原（CEA）和糖类抗原242（CA242）水平无明显差异；治疗后，2组患者血清中CA199、CEA和CA242均显著低于治疗前（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），治疗组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组相关不良反应明显轻于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论SOX方案联合参芪扶正注射液较单用SOX方案治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效明显提高，血清中肿瘤标志物明显降低，不良反应亦显著减轻。

Clinical Observation of SOX Regimen Combined with Shenqifuzheng Injection in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of SOX regimen combined with Shenqifuzheng injection for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Eighty-six patients with unresectable gastric cancer from January 2011 to January 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups. Forty-six pa-tients of treatment group received SOX regimen combined with Shenqifuzheng injection ,and forty patients of con-trol group were given SOX regimen only. The curative effect and side effect were evaluated. Three kinds of serum tumor markers CA199 ,CEA and CA242 were detected.Results After treatment ,the overall response rate of treat-ment group was 58.7% ,obviously higher than 35.0% in control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment ,serum levels of CA199 ,CEA and CA242 were not different between both groups.Serum levels of CA199 ,CEA and CA242 of both groups were significantly reduced when compared with those before treatment （P〈 0.05 ,P〈 0.01）.After treatment ,serum levels of CA199 ,CEA and CA242 in treatment group were much lower than those of control group（P〈 0.05）.The side effect rate of treatment group was remarkedly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer ,the integrative method of SOX regimen com-bined with Shenqifuzheng injection can improve the short-term clinical efficacy ,reduce the levels of serum tumor markers ,and reduce side effects of chemotherapy ,which is worthy to be applied in clinic widely.
