胎乐颗粒对先兆流产患者血清TNF-α和P的影响

目的观察胎乐颗粒对先兆流产患者血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNFα-）和孕酮（P）的影响,进一步探讨其可能的作用机制。方法将90例先兆流产患者分为观察组与对照组,观察组45例给予胎乐颗粒治疗,对照组45例采用西医常规治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测治疗前后血清TNFα-和化学发光法测量血清P的水平。结果治疗后观察组和对照组TNF-α均有一定程度的下降（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,P均有一定程度的升高（P〈0.05）;但观察组TNF-α水平的降低与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,P水平的升高较对照组显著（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论胎乐颗粒治疗先兆流产疗效确切,对血清TNFα-和P水平的影响表明其可能从整体到分子水平发挥作用,而起到维持继续妊娠的作用。

Effect of Taile Granule on Serum Tumor Necrosis TNF-α and P of Threatened Abortion Patients

Objective To study the effect of Taile granule on serum tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）and progesterone（P）of threatened abortion patients,and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods 90 patients with threatened abortion were divided into observation group and control group randomly,45 cases in the observation group were given with Taile granule,45 cases in control group were given with routine western medicine.ELISA was used to measure TNF-α levels in serum,and chemical luminescent technique was used to measure P levels in serum.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α both in observation group and control group decreased significantly（P0.01 or P0.05）,but the levels of P in two groups increased significantly（P0.05）,as compared with treatment before.The levels of TNF-α treatment after showed no significant difference between observation group and control group（P0.05）,but the level of P in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion Taile granule was effective on treating threatened abortion.The effect of Taile granule on serum TNF-α and P suggested that it may be play a key role in maintaining pregnancy from the macrocosm to the molecular level.
