支气管哮喘相关苹果iOS系统手机应用的分析

目的：对苹果官方应用商店手机支气管哮喘相关应用的有用性、科学性等进行分析,为应用开发者与使用者提供参考.方法：用“Asthma”作为关键词在苹果官方应用商店搜索相关应用,每个应用均让呼吸内科专业医师进行详细评估,评估基于应用内容、相关医学指南、医学专业知识与进展等.结果：免费应用比付费应用更有用（P＜ 0.05）；医疗机构发布的应用比非医疗机构发布的应用更有用（P＜o.05）,科学性更强（P＜0.05）；针对医师的应用在科学性方面高于针对患者的应用（P＜0.05）.结论：医疗机构开发、目标用户为医师、免费的应用在有用性、科学性方面,高于非医疗机构开发的、目标用户为患者的、付费的应用.

Analysis of the applications of asthmatic mobile phone in Apple iOS system

Objective：To evaluate the usefulness,scientific variety and accuracy of bronchial asthma related applications in Apple＇s official App Store,provide reference for application publishers and users.Methods：Use ＂Asthma＂ as a keyword to search applications in Apple＇s official App Store.A detailed assessment was done for each application by medical professionals of respiratory medicine,and evaluation was based on application＇s content,relevant medical guidelines,medical expertise and progress in.Results：Free applications were more useful than paid applications （P＜0.05）.Healthcare professional organizations published applications were more useful and higher in scientific accuracy than that of non-healthcare professional organizations published applications.Applications for doctors was higher in scientific accuracy than applications for patients （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Applications that developed by healthcare professional organizations target doctors and free have better performance in usefulness and scientific validity than that developed by non-healthcare professional organizations target patients and paid applications.
